In a coaching session, you can expect a relaxed, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can openly discuss your emotions, challenges, and aspirations for your next chapter. During our sessions, I’ll ask thought provoking questions, provide empathetic support, and help you develop a personalised action plan to supercharge your healing and growth. The focus is on helping you release the pain of the past, rebuild your confidence, and create a clear path toward the life you want. How long does the life coaching process take?
The duration of the coaching process varies largely depending on your individual goals and needs. Some of my clients achieve their objectives in just a few sessions, while others may engage in coaching for several months or longer. Typically, coaching involves a commitment of around 3 to 6 months to allow for significant progress and lasting change. The frequency of sessions is usually weekly or bi-weekly, but this can be customised to fit your schedule and goals!
What should I look for in a life coach?
It's really important to find someone you not only feel comfortable with, but who aligns with your values and you believe can truly support you in achieving your goals. Its good to look for a coach who actively listens, helps you dig deeper, and provides a structured yet flexible approach to help you achieve your desired outcomes. This is why I always offer a free consultation to any potential clients, as its super important to me that people feel they have the opportunity to determine if i’m the right fit for them :)
Is coaching confidential?
Yes, our coaching is completely confidential. Your sessions are private, and I am wholeheartedly committed to maintaining your privacy and trust. Anything discussed during our sessions stays between us, with the exception of situations where there is a legal obligation to report (e.g. there is a risk of harm to yourself or others). I also feel strongly that confidentiality is a key component of creating a safe and supportive environment for your growth.
